The project started out of love for reading and collecting books, and a desire to develop special bookshelves for those who share the idea of the particular value of furniture made from recycled materials.

For production of the Almost Done series, we use recycled materials: HDPE plastic and honeycomb cardboard. Recycled plastic processing is a complex multi-stage creative work with always a slightly unpredictable result. Honeycomb cardboard is a material of superpower strength. It is cheeky, against stereotypes and not afraid of being imperfect. Dents and marks that can appear in the process of its use only emphasize the idea and reveal the cardboard’s natural features.

Developing this collection, we were curious to investigate how a certain concept embedded in the choice of such materials, combined with an original constructively verified design, can become an effective means of expression, and adds value to the object, despite the use of obviously "non-premium” materials.

The peculiarity of this furniture collection is the ability of each item to develop in space: sections can be used separately of combined thereby changing the configuration of the object. All items are easily disassembled into a flat, compact form and easily assembled without the use of specific tools.
