RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery of your order . After 14 days your rights for a refund void. You have to notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your order. Please contact us almostdone.project@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or if your refund will be lower than the price paid.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and your payment will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us to resolve the issue including proof of any damage, such as photographic evidence.

 

Return shipping

The shipping for returning of the order must be arranged by the client. Shipping cost is covered by the client. We are not responsible for any international customs fees including taxes and duties that may apply during the return shipping.

The items you want to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the value of the product, and thus our possibility to resell the item. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund corresponding to the decrease of the value of the items.
